Time:* 60+ minutes Cost: $120 - $150 Plus Fuel Note: If you have an interest in the sport, we recommended this same flight, only longer, as part of the "Evening of Flight" (below) because there can be the opportunity for student to fly from Front Seat and count time towards pilot certification. Fire Pit, BBQ, Fridge & Observation Deck overlooking the runway complete with Sky Chairs for those who would rather enjoy a sunset, and activities from a lounge chair vs the passenger seat... Perfect for Company Parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Special Events or those interested in the Aircraft & Sport in general. We are happy to arrange Catering, Live Music and Accommodations if necessary. You be the creative mind & we'll make it all happen with an unforgettable experience. We guarantee a high-energy atmosphere & great personalities. References Available. Safety First & Weather Permitting. We have 100% portable aircraft & services in case you would like us to come you your location or event too. Time: All Evening or All Morning Cost: $250 - $350 Fuel Included
PHOTO SERVICE: Photo Service with Wing-Mounted Camera available for only $20.00 on all flights. You get the entire roll (or CD)! Please ask your pilot for this service 'before' take off as there is a small service charge for crawling out on the wing during flight to install the camera. *MINIMUM PURCHASE NOTICE: You mean more to us than just an "appointment"... So, when you purchase & schedule a flight(s), we prefer to dedicate the entire evening & operation exclusively to you and your family/group. Therefore, we have a $200 minimum purchase for all reservations. Bringing friends & making an 'event' of this experience is the best way to split the costs. CANCELLATIONS: This is a seasonal business so every flyable morning & evening counts. We also have family obligations so your appointment is "by design"... So, in the event that you must cancel or reschedule, you must give us enough time to fill the morning or evening with another appointment. This is typically a minimum of one week in advance notice. Notice less that one full week, yet more than 72 hours will net you 50% of your money back. There are no refunds for appointments closer than 72 hours. That being said, IF we find someone to replace your appointment, 100% of your money will can be moved toward rescheduling a new appointment.
